Wood plastic composite granules = wood powder + plastic + additives

There are 2 main types of wood plastic composite granules:

• Injection granules: is a type of compound used to make products with round, circle or highly flexible shapes such as hangers, pots, lids. Injection compound so that requires a high flow index, to make these products. The proportion of plastic in the compound formula is higher than wood powder. Therefore, the cost of Injection Compound is usually higher than that of the Extruded Compound

• Extruded granules: It is a type of compound used to extrude straight profile such as decking, decking tile, flooring bars, fence bars… The extruded compound has a higher percentage of wood powder, so the cost will be cheaper than Injection compound.
